Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Level. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Level is an AI-powered career guidance platform operated by Sh1ft (“we”, “our”, “us”). The Service provides tools for CV analysis, cover letter generation, LinkedIn optimization, job matching, and career planning. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Level. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Level offers the following plans:
Free tier limits reset monthly. Features may change without notice.
Unlimited CV generations, cover letters, job matches, LinkedIn optimization, and priority support. Billed monthly or annually.
Everything in Pro, plus company research, coaching sessions, and early access to new features. Billed monthly or annually.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Level uses artificial intelligence to generate CVs, cover letters, job match suggestions, and career guidance. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career counselling, legal advice, or employment advice.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before use. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Level (CV information, career data, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
By you: You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sh1ft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
